  • What are your charges for carpet repairs?

    Our initial phone consultation is free where we will discuss if a repair is possible.


    Our first hours charge is £150, with following hours charged at £75.00 per hour.

  • What areas do you cover?

    We cover the whole of Dorset and surrounding areas, including Southampton, Ringwood and Portsmouth.

  • Are you available at the weekends?

    Out team work 7 days a week including bank and national holiday (extra charges may apply).

  • What are the payment options?

    Bank transers are prefered within 7 days of recipt of invoice.  One off cleans will be invoced at the end of the clean, regular customers will be billed at the beginning of every month.


    Cash payment accepted, cheques in extreme circumstances.
